I’m a business-oriented attorney with a strong foundation in patent and intellectual property law helping technology companies grow, protect innovation, and manage risk. With over 25 years of legal experience—including more than a decade in publicly traded companies—I’ve led global IP strategy, negotiated complex commercial and government agreements, and supported everything from product development to M&A. Originally trained as a Ph.D. chemist and with experience as a patent attorney, I bring a technical mindset to legal problem-solving. I’ve built and managed IP portfolios of 800+ patents, aligned legal and business strategy across subsidiaries, and helped guide a $100M+ public offering and $600M+ acquisition.
