I strongly believe in the statement "Life begins at the end of comfort zone" because while I was working in several roles like Data Analyst, Power BI Developer, Subject Matter Expert, and a Team Lead, it proved the statement again.As a Power BI Developer, Involved in Creating a Dynamic Dashboard with Scheduled refresh and used Custom Visuals, Group Creation, providing roles, etc.Done Sales and Trend analysis using DAX measure after Data cleaning and Data mining using power query.These analyses helped me gain in-depth process knowledge.As an SME, my objective was to create a friendly and interactive environment for the newly hired professionals which allowed me to learn interpersonal skills like Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, One on One discussion and I was able to see from a second-person perspective to explain the process with multiple as well as simple and crisp examples which helped me gain a positive approach towards the team.Such a positive approach towards the team, in especially creating a highly interactive environment portrayed me as a good Team Leader. Significantly, my in-depth subject knowledge made me a successful Team Leader cum Subject Matter Expert.With a stint as the successful Team leader, I had exposure working with offshore clients which helped me develop stakeholder management.As mentioned in the first line, I am ready to put myself outside my comfort zone especially to mold myself into a better professional.Hope it was interesting to read!
