About Philip McCarty

At the University of Oregon I majored in economics and minored in sports business and marketing. I am proud to say that I achieved my Bachelor of Science in Economics in the Spring 2020. During the summer of 2018 I was one of a select group of students that participated in the Sports Business and Global Studies in The Netherlands and Germany. During the course of the program my team visited many companies and learned from company executives and representatives the critical and important functions of sports business and impact globally. Nike, Adidas, and Lagardère Sports and Entertainment were a few of the companies we partnered with on the trip. This experience and everything I learned fortified my commitment to my studies and career. During my academic journey, I had the privilege of embarking on an enriching internship experience at Five Tool Showcases. This experience was not just a stepping stone in my career but a transformative journey that provided me with invaluable insights and skills. Outside of my professional life, I find inspiration in the world around me through the lens of my camera. Photography is not just a hobby; it's a way for me to capture the beauty and stories that often go unnoticed. Whether I'm exploring landscapes, documenting urban life, or experimenting with creative concepts, photography allows me to express my unique perspective. Creative skills, diverse experiences, knowledge of the sports business market, and interest in further developing professionally in economics, business, and marketing will make me a strong asset to any company.
