I was recently a Managing Consultant at ERM, where I drafted proposals for sustainability consulting services, identified opportunities for business development, and supported a partnership with Workiva by developing a go-to-market strategy for implementation services. Prior to joining ERM, I was a Sustainability Manager at Spencer Stuart, where I led an internal environmental sustainability program and worked with the company's marketing and growth teams to plan and execute initiatives that connected with clients. And as a Sustainability Partnerships Senior Associate at Clarity AI, I developed collaborative partnerships to support thought leadership, brand recognition, data sourcing, and methodology developments in the field of sustainable investment. I also attended the full-time MBA program at IESE Business School and spent nine years at Gartner Research Board advising C-level technology leaders of Fortune 500 companies on topics related to digital transformation. I am passionate about sustainability, technology, and all things related to innovation. I excel at problem solving, communicating effectively, and leading teams.
