Add in ethical practices, honest communication, core values, strategic business principles, and decisiveness, and you get to lead an outstanding team who delivers on their promises. My career has allowed me to explore my strengths and take on challenges others may shy away from. As an executive leader, I have excelled at strategy development and execution, business development, driving operational excellence, change management, and corporate finance. It has also allowed me Board of Director experience while working with venture capital and non-profit organizations. I consider myself fortunate to have international experience in so many countries. My career has taken me to the US, China, Indonesia, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, and the UK.
