Hello, I am Philip or “Phil” for short! I am currently enrolled in my junior year at Penn State and plan on graduating the spring of 2021 or sooner if possible. I am 20 years old and will turn 21 in November and am currently a Team Lead (manager and keyholder) for Target! I was recently promoted and love the world of retail and communicating with others. I love the business aspect of everything and love business in general and would love to make a career out of business management. I am big in math and love to problem solve everything. I love coming up to a challenge because it always pushes me to the limit and in the end makes me a better person and a better business man as it allows me to see the bigger picture. My favorite part of being apart of a business is being able to communicate with so many people and impact other lives day in and day out. Helping someone become a better person is an outcome I always look to achieve. I also always like to overachieve in everything I do and I feel that it gives me that competitive edge to be the best there is and in turn being the best businessman for you!
