Practice Leader – Heavy Industrial Division As the Practice Leader of Agilus Work Solutions’ (formerly known as Design Group Staffing) Heavy Industrial team I work closely with our experienced Account Managers and Recruitment Professionals to support many of our Company’s largest accounts in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemical, Mining and Power Industries. We continue to maintain Industry Leadership in customer and candidate satisfaction across Contract and Permanent placement. Main Responsibilities include: Leading by example by continuing to support Agilus Work Solutions’ heavy-industrial clients with strong Account Management and Recruitment support Developing and Demonstrating expertise in the relevant industrial markets Act as the key point of contact for our existing accounts and working closely with key contacts to continually foster strong relationships Identifying business development opportunities within the Heavy Industrial sectors Driving account management, recruitment and business development strategies within the Heavy Industrial team that meet and exceed our production targets The Agilus promise is to be responsive and dependable, recognizing that clients have business goals to meet.
