About Philip Streacker

Senior year Accounting Student looking for summer internships to lay the groundwork of long-term career goals and apply school skills to something other than exams. Accounting uses rules to make sure things are in measured, counted, filed, and organized in a logical and consistent manner. In a similar vein, I've always enjoyed small mechanical objects. Locks, watches, puzzle boxes; they always appeal to my meticulous nature, and how everything must be planned out before taking on any action toward construction. Each step must be carried out precisely to make the whole system work. I offer additional layers of skills with- Microsoft Office and Access - Financial Statements - Communication and Presentation - Timeliness - Organization - Accountability - Technical Writing In the long run, I think I'd like to move into Supply Chain. Online stores are here to stay, and getting smarter about moving those packages from point A to B is something that gives me something to think about between classes and homework these days. That all depends on experience, but my introduction to Supply Chain Management was excellent and has made me curious about the industry.
