My wide ranging and versatile skill set has been built on solid foundations of a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a lifetime's passion of creating art and music. A challenging work history in diverse industries, with positions from temporary worker to Shift Manager, has allowed me to push myself in many disciplines while growing, learning and excelling each time. Covering Production Management, Process Improvement, Quality Assurance and Data Analysis my broad experiences help me identify key areas for improvement, generate value-adding ideas and deliver high quality results. Working with a large and mixed collection of co-workers and personnel has given me a high level of experience and understanding of what it takes to be successful, whether managing production in a large factory or picking bananas. True motivation comes from within.
