Throughout my career, I have focused on building successful academic-hospitalist programs, developing transitional care clinics, expanding primary care, and improving population health outcomes. Our collaboration with UCSF on Project BOOST was instrumental in the development of the IPC-UCSF Fellowship for Hospitalist Leaders.
