About Philip Willfors

I’m a curious and practical Product Manager with a background in software development and several years of experience working with digital products, from early ideas and user needs all the way to launch and continuous improvement. I’ve spent most of my career in cross-functional, agile teams, working closely not just with developers and designers, but also with business stakeholders and clients. That mix has given me a good sense of both the technical side and the business side of building products, from understanding user problems to making sure the solution delivers real value. I’m certified by the Scrum Alliance and use tools like Jira, PostHog, Confluence, Figma, and Miro daily to keep work structured, transparent, and moving forward. I like diving into both the big picture and the messy details. breaking down complexity, facilitating alignment, and helping teams move forward. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I ask a lot of questions and try to stay open, clear, and user-focused in everything I do. What drives me is seeing something go from idea to real impact and getting to do that alongside thoughtful, skilled people who care about what they build.
