About Philipp Herrmann

Perform & Grow - Making an organization more than the sum of its parts. Create & Deliver - First listen, then listen some more; then change the world. Be it on an individual level, as teams or for an entire organization: I nurture and grow talent. My teams trust each other and perform. Individuals I coach & mentor appreciate my empathy just as much as my international work experience. I have a track record in designing as well as implementing capabilities, organizations, and operating models. With or without line authority, I create momentum and excitement, through authenticity and my honest interest in people. I lead projects and products from ideation all the way to launch and operations. In ambiguous environments I excel thanks to my focus on user impact. Building a strong vision and consensus among stakeholders comes naturally to me. I organize & moderate personally through various types of engaging events: from user interviews to design thinking workshops, large-scale launch shows and executive panel discussions.
