I combine deep leadership in manufacturing with a background in software engineering and business intelligence. This allows me to lead with both strategic clarity and system-level thinking — creating data-driven operations with clear KPIs, OKRs, and digital transparency. Throughout my career, I’ve led major turnarounds, built task forces, and scaled production systems across global value chains. I don’t settle for “good enough” — I believe in challenging the status quo, rethinking how things are made, and empowering teams to grow with purpose. Whether it’s lean transformations, supply chain redesigns, or embedding digital tools on the shopfloor, I bring energy, structure, and execution strength to every challenge. Having grown up across Mexico, Germany, and the US, I lead comfortably across borders, speaking German, English, and Spanish.
