About Philipp Oswald

Philipp is an experienced and passionate IT leader with a strong focus on delivering value through people, technology, and customer-centric solutions. With more than a decade in the IT industry, he combines deep technical know-how with strategic leadership across complex environments. His career began in hands-on technical roles in network administration, consulting, and architecture—building a solid foundation in network technologies. Since 2019, Philipp has taken on various leadership and management roles, where he has successfully bridged the gap between technology and business needs. Since July 2022, he has been leading the Unit Network Communication Services within the Network Service Line. In June 2024, he expanded his leadership scope to include the Network Tooling & Reporting team and currently serves as Deputy Service Line Leader for the global Network domain. Philipp works closely with UniCredit, his key customer, supporting and advising stakeholders at different managerial levels. He manages critical situations with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, ensuring stability and continuity in line with ITIL best practices—supported by his certification in IT Service Management. He is also actively involved in driving international network projects, collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Alongside his professional responsibilities, Philipp is pursuing a part-time degree in International Management at FOM University of Applied Sciences, continuously investing in his personal and professional development.
