Beside unconditional love, I don´t think so. Furthermore, the world stands still if nothing gets sold, so let's do some business. But only if I have what you need, otherwise I don´t want to. IT´S ALL ABOUT SKILLS ‍ For as long as I can remember, I've worked strategically on developing a skill set that gives me the ability to identify problems, find or develop solutions, and communicate them most compellingly. Based on this overall goal, I designed my career path. Being an entrepreneur for 6 years was an inevitable path, that I had to take, to shape my professional self according to the blueprint that I had in mind. But I am not done yet. OUR ENVIRONMENT SHAPES US 🥇 Therefore I am very picky with whom and where I spent my time. As a member of a major league company, I am grateful for the daily opportunities that I get and the challenges that I face in an international environment. Learning from the best in class was always my approach and so I enjoy if I am not the smartest person in the room during internal or external meetings. EFFICIENCY FANATIC‍ I hate wasting time or resources! So my action plan is based on ROI considerations, the Pareto principle, and Parkinson´s law. I get things done and keep doing that over and over again.
