I’m Philipp Pattera, a Digital Transformation Coordinator and AI Researcher passionate about building systems that truly work for people. Starting October 2025, I’ll join Überall Scene Development to map, modernize, and automate business processes using BPMN and advanced digital tools. Alongside this, I work at Myles Strategy & Innovation GmbH, where I develop AI-driven research frameworks that turn qualitative insights into strategic innovation – all based on Jobs-to-be-Done and Outcome-Driven Innovation principles. I thrive at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience. For me, success isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about creating moments that leave people impressed and inspired. Whether I’m designing a knowledge pipeline, optimizing workflows, or coordinating B2B events, I aim to deliver solutions that feel seamless and meaningful. Outside of work, I’m an outdoor enthusiast and lifelong learner. I love hiking, mountain climbing, surfing, and running – my half-marathon best is 1:35 – and I’m happiest exploring trails by rivers and forests.
