About Philippa Freeman
With a strong foundation in human movement and outdoor education, I have built a diverse career spanning adventure tourism, sports instruction, event management, and education. I have worked internationally in Canada, America, and New Zealand as a sailing instructor, ski and snowboard instructor, and snowboard trainer. Transitioning into leadership, I took on management roles in events and snowsports operations, including serving as the Snowsports Operations Manager for a ski school. I later became the Program Director for a long-stay camp program, guiding participants in their journey to becoming snowsports instructors. Currently, I am completing my Master of Teaching (Secondary) majoring in Physical Education, set to graduate in mid-2025.
