Helping leadership teams to reimagine work, remove blocks in systems and processes, shift stuck thinking, heal rifts and accelerate change. Supporting charities through knowledge sharing and pro-bono services, as well as providing organisational optimisation and leadership development services. A friend of Charity IT Leaders and regular contributor and speaker. Currently, I am particularly focused on:*Business simulations to improve communication and collaboration between technical specialist teams and their colleagues - and move away from thinking of each other as 'customers' or 'the business', and 'the techies'.*Value Stream Mapping/Management to bring business and technology communities together to evaluate and rework their processes, technology and ways of working and speed up the feedback loops. Me? I've had an eclectic, international background and career including music, theatre, marketing, programme and project management, Non-Exec Director roles, L&D, organisational development and digital transformation, business Agility and DevOps consultancy. For many years, an Executive Fellow at Henley Business School, involved in bidding for, designing and delivering custom leadership programmes and teaching working cultures on the MBA programmes. Most recently, I have been working with tech consultancies, universities, charities in environment, health and housing and professional bodies. I have also worked extensively with technology within large organisations including telecoms, including BT's TechWomen programme and Vodafone MA in French & Italian at University of Oxford, and MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London.
