About Philippa Pearce

An experienced project and programme manager, passionate about driving change and delivering against goals. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. A key focus area for my projects is driving the delivery of solutions and services which help both clients and internal colleagues to operate more efficiently and effectively. I bring experts from specialist areas and global businesses together, and ensure project requirements are kept on track and delivered successfully. Attention to detail ensures projects deliver to the required deadlines and highest quality standards. Excellent communication and coordination of our teams means I can deliver the best outcomes. I am also proud to be Co-Chair of WTW’s global Menopause Support Group, delivering education and resources across geographies to all colleagues - whether directly or indirectly affected by the impact of menopause. I manage and support colleagues, many in the early stages of their careers, hepling Graduates and Apprentices joining WTW become embedded in the business.
