About Philippe Charrier

I am full professor of sociology at Nantes University, researcher at CENS and at Centre Max Weber (CNRS). My research focuses on the sociology of professions (midwives, lawyers), birth and perinatal death and Alternative Dispute Resolution modes especially Mediation in the judicial area I am responsible for the 2nd year of the Master's degree named “Justice, Procès, Procedures” course Mediation in the Faculty of Law and Political Science and the University Degree “Mediation”.
