I was directly involved for any customer escalation taking the ownership of the action plan to recover the confidence. We went through the new ERP implementation successfully. I had the ownership as the commercial referent for all Sales process. We used up-to-date CRM system (Salesforce) and integrated ERP (Glovia), as well as Softwares such as Cognos and Power BI for our Sales Reporting & analysis. I have contributed to the improvement of those tools. I had the responsibility of "Trade Compliance Officer" for the french site (Management of Visual Compliance, Export Control, End User Statement, Export Licence). I was a member of the local french plant Management Committee.
