20 years professionnal experience with successful proven high records within major international companies, mainly in Marine, Energy and Automotive business. Passionnate about high value-added products, technical processes as well about new mobilities, electrical vehicle, innovation and new transportation modes, I have started a new adventure into the marine industry as Sales Director for company GENEVOS, developping, certifying and producing the Hydrogen Power Module (HPM), a marinized integrated fuel cell system ready to install for any type of vessels from 15kW to MW scale. Trilingual French (native), German and English, very familiar with german and east-european culture in particular. Demonstrated experience in Key Account management and General Management on small structures, I believe in a directive-participative management, based on both management leadership and employee involvement.
