About Philippe Demers

Strategic advisor helping real estate developers, property owners, and city builders shape place identity and cultural infrastructure by integrating public art, creative placemaking, and place experience with a clear, insight-driven strategy. With 16+ years of experience and more than 400 projects delivered in 10+ countries, I understand how culture strengthens the performance and long-term value of mixed-use, residential, retail, hospitality, and airport developments. As CEO of MASSIVart, I work with a multidisciplinary team of placemakers, urban and cultural planners, art curators, and producers to create distinctive destinations that strengthen place identity, enhance user experience, and deliver lasting value. From idea to implementation, we ensure a seamless process every step of the way. Our work has been featured in Vogue, Architectural Digest, The Globe and Mail, and other notable publications. I was named one of CODAworx’s “25 Creative Revolutionaries Leading the Way to Positive Change” for advancing the role of culture in real estate and urban development.
