About Philippe Finet
Research work with the LTSI Laboratory (INSERM) at the University of Rennes 1 allowed me to design a new interoperable computer architecture for the home monitoring of patients suffering from several chronic diseases. My objective is to participate in the improvement of the health system, either by implementing e-health applications, or by optimizing information systems or by optimizing technical platforms. Expertise: project management in e-health, urbanization and implementation of the interoperability of health IT systems (HL7 V2, FHIR? HL7 CDA, etc.), implementation of purchasing techniques and risk management in the public sector and regulatory enforcement for medical devices.
