I have an eye for the impact and organisational aspects of change. I explicitly focus on improving organisations and people with their performance. I have an open personality, a high degree of empathy and I am a team player. Making people sparkle and evoking enthusiasm are important drivers why I start my working day. I can really enjoy this intrinsic motivation. I thrive in stressful situations. With my purple character (Insights), I take charge and bring order to chaos situations. This includes choices that can hurt but are sometimes necessary to control (ad hoc) situations.
