With 18+ years of civil engineering experience across Hong Kong, Australia, Macau, and Singapore, I’ve built a career around delivering complex infrastructure projects with precision, collaboration, and a focus on long-term value. My core expertise lies in tunnels, underground structures, piling, and drainage—key systems that form the backbone of modern urban environments. From high-density metro areas to regional transport networks, I’ve worked on diverse engineering programs, including rail corridors, flood mitigation systems, and foundational utilities. These experiences have sharpened my ability to align technical design with real-world constructability, mitigate risk early, and lead cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes. Since 2021, I’ve served as a Constructability Advisor at Agonis Group, where I evaluate design feasibility, construction risk, and sequencing strategies for major infrastructure projects. My reports guide contractors, designers, and clients in shaping plans that are not just ambitious, but also buildable, safe, and efficient. I contribute during early project phases, where smart decisions have the greatest impact. I have also worked at V/Line in two key roles. First, as an Infrastructure Asset Analyst, I assessed asset condition, durability, and performance to inform renewal strategies. I then became DLP Completion Coordinator, leading post-handover processes for major rail projects—including defect resolution, contractor coordination, and final operational handovers. This transition taught me how critical the “last mile” of a project is to long-term performance. I pride myself on blending technical depth with practical delivery insight. I am methodical, solutions-oriented, and deeply committed to stakeholder communication. I’ve authored numerous reports—from constructability assessments and risk registers to handover documentation—that bridge engineering precision with management clarity. Having worked in multicultural teams across Asia-Pacific, I bring a globally-minded, inclusive approach to leadership and team collaboration. I also enjoy mentoring younger engineers, helping them navigate the shift from design theory to on-site execution.
