I lead the positioning and actions of Veolia Group on the topics of Sustainable Finance, European taxonomy, etc. which gives me the opportunity of putting my knowledge of Veolia's activities at the service of our PURPOSE as major actor of the ecological transformation: a very exciting mission at the heart of today's major issues for the Planet! Previously, I lead Veolia Group's industrialization of operational practices (Centers of excellence, benchmarks, best practices, continuous improvement program for Operations), for a systematic development of operational performance management culture and tools at multi-activities and multi-geographies scale. Before Veolia, I have lead TDF production transformation, which has evolved in a few years from the culture of a public TV/radio broadcast company to high performance standards in line with market best practices and demanding requirements of two sucessive LBOs - strategy to meet both shareholders economical targets and commercial development - definition and implementation of networks evolution policy - human and organization change management - development of best practices in TDF and European subsidiaries for solutions design, engineering, rollout, and networks field operations. Member of the Executive Management Board since more than 10 years, I have lead negociations with top customers, key suppliers or workers representatives. Specialties: Capacity to integrate simultaneously multiple stakes, most often contradictory (shareholders, customers, workers, trade unions.). Change management with large teams (give sense, put in question, motivate, deliver). Crisis management. Commercial and social negociations. Deep knowledge of TV, radio and telecom networks market.
