HR Information Systems, Reporting & Change Management » Managing HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient data management, privacy, and reporting. » Supporting organizational change initiatives during restructuring, mergers, or new system implementations to maintain operational effectiveness. Global Team & Apprenticeship Program Management » Leading a global team of up to 3 employees, ensuring high performance and continuous development. » Overseeing the apprenticeship program to provide effective training and growth opportunities for apprentices. HR Operations » Managing HR operations across multiple offices, including administrative processes, payroll, reference letters, social security, insurances, and the development and upkeep of employee handbooks and policies.
