Je suis avocat depuis 2011 en Droit commercial (Contrats, Concurrence, Contentieux). J'interviens pour la conception / négociation de contrats commerciaux, la mise en place de schéma contractuels, l'accompagnement en Droit de la concurence (encadrement des partenariats, notification de concentrations) et représente mes clients devant les juridictions à l'occasion de contentieux commerciaux ou devant les autorités administratives (DGCCRF, Autorité de la concurrence). Je dirige également l’activité « Transformation de Fonction Juridique » du Cabinet Deloitte Société d’Avocats qui consiste à accompagner les directions juridiques en France dans le cadre de la transformation de leurs modèles opérationnels et leurs projets de digitalisation. Pour mener ces missions, je m’appuie sur ma connaissance des fonctions juridiques et des LegalTechs tirée de mon expérience en tant que juriste et avocat ainsi que sur le réseau Deloitte à l'international. I have been practising commercial law (contracts, competition and litigation) since 2011. I advise on the drafting/negotiation of commercial contracts, the implementation of contractual frameworks, support in competition law (notification of concentrations, partnership between competitors) and represent my clients before the courts in commercial disputes or before the administrative authorities (DGCCRF, French Competition Authority). I am also responsible of the “Legal Function Transformation” practice of Deloitte Société d'Avocats, which consists in assisting legal departments in France with the transformation of their operational models and their digitalization projects. To carry out these assignments, I use my knowledge of legal functions and LegalTechs market gained from my experience as a lawyer and on Deloitte's international network.
