About Philippe Pecho

I started as D2D sales rep at Vantage in the summer of 2022. That first summer, I ranked 3rd among rookies in Canada and earned over in personal income. Beyond the numbers, it was a transformative experience where I learned the value of hard work, accountability, and the power of challenging. It taught me that growth is rooted in adversity, and there’s no better place to learn that than in D2D sales. In 2023, my first year as a manager, I was honored with the title of Rookie Manager of the Year. The following year, I earned Manager of the Year for leading the 2nd highest producing team in company history. As I approach my third year in a leadership role, my mission has shifted to creating the same life-changing experiences for others that I had in my rookie year. My goal is to empower both new and experienced reps with the guidance, tools, and mindset needed to achieve their personal and professional goals—whether that’s mastering the art of sales, becoming better versions of themselves, or achieving top-tier performance.
