I am and have always been a creative entrepreneur, from my first job to my current adventure, from start-up experience to corporate. I have had to find the right path, gather the best talent, face adversity and embrace opportunity. Identifying talent and helping it grow into our greatest asset, while developing our creative 'product', making it sharp and effective, is what I love to do. From starting my first business, to many years of leadership in international corporations, to my role within the 20_24 collective, I have had to adapt myself, my teams, my focus and my goals to an incredible variety of situations in order to stay on top of the endless wave of change. My creative and strategic skills have allowed me to lead and transform a business in these fast-moving times and have a strong influence on creative output. Experience across many industries.
