Philippe has an extensive experience (more than 25 years) in: 1- DEPARTMENT, PROJECTS & CHANGE Management, 2- IT, MES, WMS, SUPPLY CHAIN, PROCESS CONTROL, ENGINEERING, INDUSTRY 4.0, Philippe's approach is as follows: The goal is to deliver the “know” and the “know-how” in the complex environments of the proposed solutions. The implementation must also be sustainable, optimal and scalable. Philippe's team always keep in mind the "life cycle" of “Industrial Facilities” and “Automation Systems” that will be implemented/upgraded : • During BASIC & FEED, • During EPC, • After Delivery, The “Industrial Facilities” and “Automation Systems” concept is the widest since it covers the entire chain from raw materials to shipment. The goal is to have optimal control (quality, cost, availability, data consistency, etc.) along all the steps that define the "manufacturing processes" in the broadest sense. This work should be done by intelligently applying the rules described in ISA88, ISA95 & ISA99 : • Good practice in the design and use of Process Control Systems for ISA88, • The requirement (among others) to separate planning and execution for ISA95, • The requirement for Control Systems CyberSecurity for ISA99. These 3 standards must be applied jointly to manage issues related to automation in the broadest sense of the term. This approach must also be in line with the Group Standards to ensure uniformity and consistency in the structures. In the context of service delivery we learn to understand the problems with an obligation of result in a framework that can be very tight in terms of time, budget and resources. The method and rigorous work is essential to achieve the objectives. In industrial enterprises we learn to monitor the processes with a high level of quality and safety with minimum costs in a highly competitive environment. The viability of industrial companies will be achieved by guaranteeing customers a consistent product quality in time.
