As an ardent enthusiast of consumer behavior, I have always been curious about the “WHY?” of consumer behavior and delving into people's minds to find answers. DoWell was born as a result of 5 like-minded young entrepreneurs on a journey together for a common cause. DoWell provides exclusive user experience research data from the field to support user-centered product design of small, medium, and large companies globally. In our journey, we have helped clients understand their customers better by becoming a one-stop solution for market research. Reliable information, local knowledge, responsiveness, and empathy to clients through its highly motivated team of employees and freelancers across the globe has made us a trusted partner to many. A career that started out at Blue Dart, South Asia's premier express air and integrated transportation & distribution company, as a Systems Executive at Delhi, then took on the role of Systems Head in the State of Kerala, played an instrumental role in switching Blue Dart’s regional operations from manual systems to a fully digitalised platform. As an LRQA certified internal quality auditor and trainer at Blue Dart, I successfully contributed in building and implementing QMS in the Organisation to receive the ISO 9001 certification. With an experience of over 10 years in my bag, I took the entrepreneurial plunge with DoWell and now heads the Global Operations and Sales at DoWell. I look into achieving the sales budget, improving operational efficiency, expanding to unexplored geographies & diversification while keeping an eye out for the smooth running of all our projects, inter and intra company communications, and the overall satisfaction of our clients, employees and other stakeholders. We have now successfully taken DoWell into supporting 2 of the world's top 10 companies for their product development and improvement initiatives across Asia, Africa & LATAM.
