With a diverse background spanning over six years in the Security industry and Facility Management, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that positions me as a valuable asset to any organisation. Starting my journey at Wilson Security in 2016, I diligently worked my way up the ranks, gaining invaluable experience as a control room 2IC and relief Security Manager. In July 2020, I was fortunate to join MSS Security as the Site Security Manager for a prominent high-rise building in Brisbane's CBD. In this role, I assumed responsibility for overseeing all aspects of security and safety, demonstrating my ability to manage complex challenges with precision. During my tenure, I was entrusted with the role of Chief Fire Warden, further enhancing my understanding of building operations and augmenting my knowledge of both hard and soft services related to facility management. I played a vital role in the successful implementation and migration of a state-of-the-art access control system and Building Management System (BMS). These accomplishments have positioned me as a key contributor to the organisation and have earned recognition from MSS Security as a whole. To complement my firsthand experience, I have pursued further qualifications to enhance my leadership and management skills. I hold a Diploma of Leadership and Management, as well as certifications in Work Health and Safety (Certificate IV) and Security Management (Certificate IV). This comprehensive academic foundation empowers me to drive positive change and effectively lead teams in achieving organisational objectives. Currently, I have transitioned into the role of Senior Facilities Officer, leveraging my diverse background to optimise facility operations and ensure a seamless and secure environment for all occupants. I am a driven and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic environments, consistently delivering results and fostering collaborative relationships.
