About Phill Taylor-Eardley

I have over twenty five years of Communications experience (mainly within Analaogue, Digital and VOIP Telephony) and I am extremely Customer service focused. Initially, I started with small to medium PABX and associated infrastructure installation, moving on through to programming and design and eventually telephone project work and third line telephony support. I have been involved with Analogue, Digital and VOIP technologies in both private business and Emergency Service Control room environments. This also includes voice recording, call logging and ACD reporting tools including all associated jumpering and patching. I have specialised in MITEL 3300 MCD but have many years experience with the Siemens iSDX too. I am currently installing, modifying and maintaining CISCO Networking devices and configuring CUCM and telephony. Using Solarwinds Network Management and CISCO Wireless LAN Controller. Currently studying hard for my CCNA Certification! I am also a qualified Electronics Engineer in basic analogue and digital electronics with lots of building and testing of Electro Mechanical instrumentation, PCB building and soldering, using test instruments and all the tools associated with these tasks.
