I'm a Client Manager working with the Real Estate sector in Dubai, having recently moved from the United Kingdom to gain experience in a completely different property market. I have experience in multiple sectors in the property industry including the private sector and social sector. I graduated from Ulster University with a degree in BSc Housing Management with a Diploma in Professional Practice. I have gained a year of experience working in a property manangement role within the private sector. I worked for a prominent estate agent in Northern Ireland managing a large portfolio of private rental properties. I have two years experience working for The Northern Ireland Housing Executive within the social sector to provide viable housing options and solutions to clients to meet their housing needs. I also managed five temporary accommodation hostels in Belfast, to assist with the provision of temporary accommodation until permanent accommodation could be provided. I am proficient in the use of various computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and I have used a variety of property management systems such as Edge, Cube and CREM.
