I have 8+ years of experience in Rubber compounding. I worked on formulation of Latexes when I worked at Emerald Performance Materials coming up on optimal vulcanization packages of some of our key products. This lead to one of our customers releasing a fabric dipped glove based on my formulation before I even graduated college. I worked on a successor tread compound in the LHS2 for Goodyear also before I graduated which ended up laying the ground work and becoming the tread compound on that released tire years later. Since I have had much success in the racing group always trying to pull the most out of our tires for our customers. I was instrumental in the re-release of the 18 SKUs of our Eagle RS DOT race tire, as well as the release of our 15" Production radial tire, Pro Mod tire, NASCAR Classic tire, improved FSAE compound, and R245 compound development to fix blistering on the R250 compound.
