I'm an honest and caring human being. Technology has always been a passion and hobby all my life, so I'd gladly sound cliche and say, it's not my 9-5, it's just what I actually love to do! I say this first as I believe to follow in what you love and enjoy is most important for a happy and healthy life, in and out of work. Throughout my career, I've supported and worked in large organisations like the Australian Army and down to the smallest of sole trader businesses. I've worked with incredibly secure and rigid 'red tape'/ITIL prolific environments but also built-up IT systems from nothing for businesses. I'm very thankful for the experiences over the years which started at a very technical level and has brought me to IT management, operations, regulatory compliance, strategy and the ever-growing threats of cyber security. The continued highlight of my career is observing and learning how businesses and customers benefit from technological advancements. There's always something newer and better to lookout for, and when you do it well, it's great to see!
