Over the course of his career, Phillip has served in multiple roles within various industries. Primarily his experience has been within Production, Property, Sales, Technology and Recruitment. Over the past 10 years, Phillip has developed a track record of success working within large scale businesses across the UK, Europe, South East Asia and Australia. His main focus was to scale up teams and deliver talent acquisition solutions across these geographical regions. This included a four year expatriate stay in Singapore followed by another two year stay in London. Phillip brings a wealth of experience to Talent Acquisition with an out of the box approach to not only delivering solutions for immediate resource requirements but also strategically being able to understand your business and how to future proof your talent acquisition requirements. This experience and ability is a direct result of his ability to take a holistic approach to organisational development following a career working most recently with start ups in scale up mode in conjunction with an innate ability to work with leaders at all levels within any organization.
