About Phillip Gingrich

My professional career has had two prongs, both of which provide me drive and fulfillment. As an Interdisciplinary Chemist and as an Army Officer, I combine my leadership experience and technical expertise to collaborate on multifunctional teams and develop solutions for my customers' most challenging problems.I'm a firm believer that, in cultivating an organizational culture focused on learning, trust, teamwork, and innovation emerge. As a technical expert in a collaborative setting, I've found being an effective teacher to be critical to help the team know what can (and cannot) be answered using my skillset. With a well-defined question in hand, I can advise the team on which tool is best. From targeted LC-MS/MS analyses to machine learning models built on high dimensional Raman spectroscopy data to theoretically investigating molecular interactions that are difficult to measure directly, I have a number of techniques at my disposal to deliver on the team's needs.
