Spectra Point Inc. is a multi-disciplinary service provider specializing in the execution of turnkey infrastructure projects. We provide a suite of services including real estate, design/engineering, construction and project management. As a leader of the Company, my role is to be responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, M&A and other capital related activities to support the management and growth of the business. A summary of my roles and responsibilities: 1. Works closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the banking and investment communities. Identify opportunities to create strategic financial and operational partnerships in-keeping with Spectra Point long term vision. Leverage my Finance/Accounting, Corporate governance, Risk Management (compliance and reporting) experience to the benefit of the all stakeholders. Encourage teamwork and communication across all levels of the organization to align activities and resources to succeed in meeting corporate objectives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the organization's financial performance. Reporting these findings to the CEO and the board of directors helps in decision-making. Crisis Management: Contributing to the executive team in managing crisis situations, implementing contingency plans, and business continuity measures.
