As a Center Director at ChenMed, I oversee the growth, operations, strategy, and performance of a primary care center that serves over hundreds of high-risk patients. I manage a PNL that grew to over $14 M in our first year and lead a sales team to grow our clinic and an operational team that ensures high-quality care, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. I joined ChenMed as a Leadership Fellow in 2021, after graduating from UNC with a Master of Healthcare Administration. During the fellowship, I rotated through various functions and locations, gaining exposure to different aspects of the business, such as medical sales, market development, and financial analysis. I also completed a Center Director in Training program, where I learned the best practices and skills to run a successful center. I'm passionate about helping others find solutions to their problems. As a client success manager at visible equity, I consulted our clients at leading financial institutions on how to use our software to stay compliant and analyze their loan portfolios to make better business decisions. As Center Director, I surpassed my 2023 growth plan by helping hundreds of seniors take ownership of their health through a better healthcare model and achieved net growth of 380 patients. My career goal is to use my problem solving mindset and communication abilities to drive better business outcomes.
