Empowering organisations to use data to inform decisions. I remember sitting in front of my computer in my 20s building databases and remembering the joy that I got out of organising complex data into something that was useful and understandable. Delivering insights and illuminating opportunities for businesses has been my focus, and as I have progressed through my career, I have realised that there is more to delivering actionable insights than building reports. What is most important is understanding what needs to be achieved and leveraging data to inform and empower businesses. I have been responsible for developing and coordinating multiple analytics projects across my career. I have a strong ability to analyse, evaluate and report on complex information in a range of business situations. I have strong strategic focus and developed my passion for leadership by coordinating projects, volunteering and mentoring others. In my recent roles, I have been primarily focused on the development, implementation, and distribution of detailed and useful reporting and analysis using the Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI. The solutions have been designed to deliver insights into corporate strategy, uncover missed opportunities and make it easier for all levels of business to access the data that they need to support their decision making.
