I am passionate about helping clients to identify and implement changes in controlled ways, with minimal disruption and lasting results. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration supporting me to enable effective change strategies for clients. In recent roles as a Skills Coach, I provided coaching support to learners on the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship, ensuring their progress and achievement of project management skills and behaviours.
