I currently work for MVP as a Customer Care Analytics and Testing Professional. I have been in this position for a little over a year now and have been building my data analyst skills along with learning foundations in data analysis and reporting within the healthcare industry. I have 7 years combined experience working in healthcare allowing me to accrue an extensive knowledge base of Federal and State regulations for healthcare services. I have a knowledge base of HCPCS coding, billing, coordination of benefits resolution and investigative account auditing. My previous position Patient Account Specialist II position was a challenging job. There were dynamic and evolving situations that occured daily within the realm of the job which I had to adapt to and overcome to complete workflow goals. I steadily became more knowledgeable in the billing and financial assistance realms of healthcare. I take pride in my abilities to learn and adapt to new workflows or newly assigned tasks from management in my current position and previous jobs. I take pride in my ability to connect with, mentor, and train coworkers when able. I have lead orientation for a few of the marketing jobs I have held and was the senior trainer at Walgreens when I was a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician. More recently I have trained team members in Alevate, an integrated business to business cash application software currently being deployed and used by the USoncology Network and McKesson. I have 10 plus years of customer service experience and I am considered an experienced communicator and provide exemplary customer/patient services. I use this in combination with my bachelors in Psychology to provide an experience that is not only smooth and alleviates stress from the customer experience but guide conversations and discussions to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties involved. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively and help those around me in any that I can whether it be a coworker or a customer, I will always give my full attention to their needs and my work.
