About Phillip Stagg-Tanner

As President of Acres Enterprises, I have the privilege of leading a team of dedicated professionals who are not only building projects and the future of construction, but also strengthening communities across BC. With a background in construction management and operations, I’m committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence - where people are empowered to grow, challenge the norm, and build with purpose. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work across diverse sectors of the construction industry, from operations management to team development and strategic growth. My expertise spans several sectors ranging from industrial contracting to multi-family projects, with a focus on driving efficiencies, supporting people, and ensuring every project reflects Acres' core values: Ambitious, Competent, Respectful, Engaged, and Supportive. I believe great leadership is about people first - creating an environment where individuals thrive, teams excel, and organizations succeed. As Acres continues to grow, I’m excited to champion a workplace that values innovation, relationships, and community impact as much as the projects we build.
