Phil is Executive Director of Patagonia Lithium Ltd (ASX:PL3) an emerging lithium explorer and soon to be producer at the Paso Salar in Argentina at its Formentera/Cilon and Tomas at Incahuasi salar. His family office, Panopus Pte Ltd is a firm that specialises in investment banking, valuations and geological services especially lithium and iron ore based in Singapore. Panopus trades in iron ore (Peru), and other ores. He is Non-Executive Chairman of Austral Resources Australia Ltd a copper producer and explorer ASX:AR1. Ekosolve Lithium extraction technology which is proven to be the most efficient, environmentally friendly, lowest capex/opex system of lithium chloride/lithium carbonate/lithium hydroxide production is also preparing for investors to join the company - Panopus is a partner in Ekosolve, a solvent extraction technology for producing lithium chloride from brines at $2,300-$2,700 per tonne opex. We are going to do a privatye placement in late 2023 in the unlisted Australian public company for between $25 and $50m USD.
