About Phillip Vostan

I am passionate about enabling people to overcome their barriers to employment through case management, active listening. assisting people in seeing their transferrable skills and motivating them to market themselves for employment. I believe that everyone has work potential but they need to be coached to build their confidence, as well as supported so they have a sense of self worth. The longer people are unemployed, the more it affects their confidence and self worth long term. I enjoy working with the local Indigenous community, especially helping Indigenous clients with compassion and respect so they feel supported. I also enjoy working with CALD clients to improve their confidence with english skills, and relating to them by learning basic words or phrases in their own language to build rapport
