Hello, I'm Phillip Zahn, a college graduate at Utah State University. I played baseball at USU where I have learned many teamwork and leadership skills to help me in the sports management field. Communication is key to good customer service in a business and I have accomplished those roles through working at TNT Fireworks. While working at TNT, I was assigned a project to collect unused fireworks for various tents in Colorado. I expressed leadership by reaching out and contacting each tent owner to effectively collect their items. I also learned the importance of leadership as Catering Event Manager at the Logan Country Club. As the event manager, I was responsible for the whole operation, including organizing and communicating with the guests of each event. Being the manager of each event, I was in charge of my crew and making sure they were staying busy and productive to make the event run smoothly and fit the needs of the customer.
