About Phillis Webb

I am currently an Independent Living Services (ILS) Professional. I assists individuals dealing with mental illnesses & physical disabilities within a community support role. I work directly with clients, their communities, RN case managers and co-workers, while simultaneously managing all programs for assigned ILS clients. On a daily basis I continuously evaluate the home living situation to determine what health teaching will be required, what assistance from family will be provided, and to determine if other services are needed. The main goal as a company is to train and assist clients to remain successful and independent in their homes and community.I am also constantly training and improving my skills by going through in-servicing, role modeling and staff meetings in the area of program services that include: ILS goal areas, behavioral plans or approaches, documentation and client approach/rapport.
